摘要
采用了通过优化设计而确定的多片组合式惯性模拟飞轮系统、液压驱动系统方式制动驱动系统、无级可调数模混合式调节系统及计算机控制、信号采集及数据处理 ,对制动器进行磨合、制动效能、热衰退及恢复等试验 ,试验过程实现了自动化。应用表明 ,该试验台性能可靠 ,测试精度高 。
A test rig developed in this work consists of a multi chip combination flywheel system of inertia type designed by optimal strategy,a hydraulic driving system,a digital analog hybrid stepless speed change device and a computer controlled data acquisition and processing system.The rig can be used to conduct running in,braking effect,heat attenuation and recovery tests of the brake.Test results show that the rig has reliable performance with satisfactory accuracy.
