整体成型轻量化车身及其滚塑工艺研究

On the Research of the Integral Forming Lightweight Body and its Rotational Molding Technology

摘要 基于滚塑工艺的原理,设计了两种不同结构的整体成型轻量化车身。根据振型分析和强度分析的数据,确定了性能更优的双层车身结构;选用流动性能好的轻质原料聚乙烯LLDPE,控制合理的加热温度、时间等参数,选择合适的冷却方式并配以保温、保压等措施,实现车身整体成型。经检测,该车身轻量化效果显著并能满足使用要求。 Two integral forming lightweight body based on rotational?molding technology were proposed and designed, and the double layer structure with better performance was determined to forming the car body according to the data of its vibration mode analysis and strength analysis. By choosing LLDPE material with better fluidity, controlling suitable temperature and time when heating, choosing proper cooling method with heat preservation and pressure keeping measures, an integral forming lightweight body was produced. The detection results showed that its lightweight effect was obviously and satisfied the application requirement.
