摘要
目的探讨切开复位克氏针固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。方法在2010年1月～2011年12月桡骨远端不稳定骨折行切开复位克氏针内固定结合外固定支架治疗的15例病例进行回顾性研究,评估其临床疗效。结果本组所有患者骨折均愈合,无钉道感染、骨不连等发生。按照Dienst评分标准,优5例、良8例、可1例、差1例,优良率为86.7%。结论切开复位克氏针固定结合外固定支架是治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the results of the treatment following distal radius fracture with external fixator combined with K-wire. Methods Fifteen patients with distal radius fractures from January 2010 to December 2011 were treated by external fixtor combined with K-wire. All were C2 or C3 fractures according to AO classification and closed reduction were underwent under Arcoskop. Results All cases got bony union and the function was excellent in 5 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 1 cases and bad in 1 case according to Dienst standard. Conclusion Treating the comminuted fracture of distal radius with external fixator combined with K-wire is an effective method.
