摘要
目的探讨周围型小肺癌的CT表现特征,提高CT诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析62例周围型小肺癌患者的CT影像学资料,所有患者经手术或CT引导下穿刺病理证实。结果边缘分叶32例,长短毛刺征49例,胸膜牵拉征24例,周围结构集中征15例,肺泡征11例,支气管气相征12例,空洞征2例,钙化灶2例。增强扫描特征:CT值增强幅度为20～60HU。结论 CT平扫的典型征象及增强扫描后强化特点有助于原发性周围型肺癌的定性诊断。
Objective To discuss CT imaging features of peripheral lung cancer, and enhance the diagnostic accuracy of peripheral lung cancer. Methods CT imaging data of 62 patients who diagnosed peripheral lung cancer through surgery or CT-guided biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 32 leafed edge, 49 length burr sign, 15 surrounding structure concentrated sign, 11 alveolar sign, 12 bronchial gas phase sign, 2 empty sign and 2 focal calcified. CT value amplitude was ranged from 20-60 HU. Conclusion The typical sign of general CT and intensified traits of enhanced scan are contributed to diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.
