摘要
目的探讨阴道部分闭合术与阴式子宫切除并阴道前后壁修补术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的疗效对照。方法本次实验以本院2010年1月～2011年1月收治的40例手术治疗患者为实验对象,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者接受阴道部分闭合术治疗,对照组患者接受阴式子宫切除并阴道前后壁修补术治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,两组患者临床症状都有所缓解,其中,实验组患者手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、并发症发生率和复发率等临床指标均显著优于对照组患者,两组患者的实验数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次实验结果表明,阴道部分闭合术治疗子宫脱垂,与阴式子宫切除并阴道前后壁修补术相比,治疗效果更加显著,因而临床应用价值更高。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of partial colpocleisis and vaginal hysterectomy with colporrhaphy in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed. Methods Selected 40 surgical patients enrolled in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 as the experimental subject and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The experimental group received the treatment of partial colpocleisis, while the control group received the treatment of vaginal hysterectomy with colporrhaphy. Compared and analyzed the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After the treatment, patients of two groups all got better, where patients of experimental group performed better in the operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage, postoperative hospitalization time, incidence of complication and recurrence rate than those of the control group, the experimental data contrast with the statistical significance between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Results of this experiment shows that compared to the vaginal hysterectomy with colporrhaphy, the partial colpocleisis has better therapeutic effect and higher value of clinical application.
