摘要
目的探讨并比较非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除与经腹全子宫切除术两种治疗方法的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2009年6月～2010年9月收治的非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除与经腹全子宫切除患者共80例,其中阴式组40例,腹式组40例,记录患者的临床相关指标,并对两组的治疗结果进行比较。结果非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除术组在手术时间、住院时间、肛周排气、术后最高温度、疼痛持续时间及恢复时间都较腹式组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是在出血量上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非脱垂子宫经阴道手术的方式比经腹切除式有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of vaginal total excision and total abdominal hysterectomy of non-breakaway womb. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the situation of the 80 non-prolapsed uterus patients who took the vaginal resection and total abdominal hysterectomy in our hospital from June 2009 to September 2010, among the 80 cases, 40 patients were in the vaginal group and the other 40 patients in the abdominal group. Recorded the clinical relevant indicators of these patients, and then compared the results of the treatment of the two groups. Results Compared with the abdominal group, the operative time, hospital stay, anal exhaust after the highest temperature, duration of pain and recovery time of the vaginal resection group were all much shorter, the differences were significant between the two groups （P 0.05）, but the differences on the amount of bleeding were not obvious （P 0.05）. Conclusion To the non-prolapsed uterus, the clinical effect of vaginal operative way is much better than that of the transabdominal resection style.
