摘要
目的通过对重型颅脑损伤患者早期诊断和治疗方法进行研究,以期改善患者的预后。方法回顾性分析2010年3月～2012年3月本院重型颅脑损伤患者52例,诊断明确后采用急性手术治疗33例,非手术治疗19例,采用规范化护理,积极预防和治疗并发症。结果 52例患者治疗前后GCS评分构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=68.9,P<0.05)。结论明确早期诊断是治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的关键,根据患者自身情况及时进行手术或药物治疗,可以有效地降低病死率和伤残率,改善患者的预后。
Objective To explore the possible diagnosis and treatment methods with early diagnosis and treatment in order to improve patient outcomes.Methods Fifty-two cases of traumatic brain injury patients were retrospective analyzed in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012,after diagnosis of acute surgical treatment were 33 cases,non-surgical treatment of 19 cases were using standardized care,active prevention and treatment of complications.Results GCS score before and after treatment in 52 cases were statistically significant（χ2 = 68.9,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The clear early diagnosis is critical of the treatment of severe head injury patients in a timely manner,according to the patient ＇ s own situation,timely surgery or drug therapy,can effectively reduce the mortality and disability rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
