摘要
通过查阅国内外文献,分析总结近年来药剂学出现的诸如固体分散体制备技术,包合物制备技术,聚合物胶束、纳米乳与亚微乳制备技术,微囊与微球制备技术,纳米粒与亚微粒制备技术,脂质体与泡囊制备技术等制剂新技术在改善药物功效方面的作用,并进一步展望药剂学学科今后的发展方向。
Through reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures,this article summarizes the effects of new pharmacy technology appeared in recent years in improving the drug efficacy,such as solid dispersion preparative technique,clathrate preparative technique,polymeric micelles,nano-emulsion and sub-microemulsion preparative techniques,micro capsule and microballoons preparative techniques,nanoparticle and submicron preparative techniques,lipidosome and bubble preparative techniques.The future of pharmacy discipline is also further prospected in this study.
