摘要
经济低速增长、有效需求不足和通货紧缩 ,仍然是当前宏观经济运行中的三大突出问题。对此 ,作者认为在进一步实施扩张性宏观经济政策的同时 ,要把增加社会投资放在突出地位。
Low speed of economic growth,inadequacy of effective demand and deflation remain 3 major problems in current macroeconomic movement.In this paper,the author argues that special attention should be paid to increasing social investment while expansive macroeconomic policies are carried out further.
