摘要
目的探讨微波联合康复新液治疗创伤性口腔溃疡临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2012年3月90例创伤性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例,治疗组患者采用微波联合康复新液治疗,对照组采用口服维生素B2及维生素C等传统方法治疗,观察7 d。从止痛效果和总体疗效两方面进行评价。结果 7 d后,治疗组有效率(95.6%,43/45),与对照组(77.8%,35/45)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.089,P=0.029);疼痛评分比较:治疗前两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组疼痛明显减轻,疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微波配合康复新液治疗创伤性口腔溃疡具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating traumatic oral ulcer with microwave and Kangfuxin Liq uid.Methods 90 cases of patients with traumatic oral ulcer from January 2010 to March 2012 were divided into treatment group,and control group with 45 patients in each group.Patients in treatment group were treated with microwave and ap plication of Kangfuxin Liquid;patients in control group were treated with traditional methods such as VitB2 and VitC,7 days were seen as a course.Analgesic effects and total therapeutic effects were assessed.Results The effective rate in treatment group and control group were 95.6%（43/45） and 77.8%（35/45） respectively after 7 d,the difference was statisti cally significant（χ2=7.089,P=0.029）.The difference of pain scores in the two groups before the treatment was not sta tistically significant（P0.05）;the pain was found relieved in treatment group after the treatment,the difference of pain scores was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Microwave combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can achieve good clinical effects in treatment of traumatic oral ulcer,it is worthy of clinical application.
