摘要
1目的 探讨 Dick钉内固定治疗腰椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症的临床效果。 2方法 对 2 7例腰椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症的病人行 Dick钉内固定 ,滑脱椎体及上下位椎体横突间植骨治疗。 3结果 全组病人术后经 15 0 d～ 3年 (平均 480 d)的随访 ,优良率达 88.9% ,滑脱椎体复位率达 6 8.4% .4结论 应用 Dick钉内固定治疗腰椎峡部崩裂并滑脱症效果较好 ,而且操作简单 。
Objective\ To investigate the clinical effect of using Dick system to treat lumbar spondulosis and spondylolisthesis.\ Methods\ 27 cases of lumbar pondylolysis and spondylolisthesis were performed internal fixation with Dick system. The transverse process bond graftingfusions were performed among the lipped superior and inferior vertebrae.\ Results\ All patients were made follow up survey for 150 days-3 years after the operation. The excellent and good rates were as high as 88.9%. The reduction rate of slipped vertebra was 68.4%.\ Conclusion\ The internal fixation with Dick system is a statiafatory method to treat the lumbar spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis. And the operation is easy to perform and suitable to be used in the basic level hospitals. [
