摘要
离合器压盘是汽车的主要零件。本厂汽车生产过程中，发生过压盘早期断裂失效的质量事故。本文通过对离合器压盘的断口，损伤表面及内部组织的检测与测试，分析了离合器压盘的早期失效原因，提出了控制压盘制造质量的建议。
Clutch pressure plate is a main part of an automobile. Early fracture failure takes place in the production of automobiles. Through the inspection of fractured surface and structure, the reason of early failure of clutch pressure plate is analyzed and some suggestion to control pressure plate manufacture quality is proposed.
