摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和氯化铝为原料,从铝硅溶胶中合成了莫来石-刚玉超细粉.并通过差热、失重、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜及比表面测定仪等手段,对莫来石-刚王超细粉的生成过程、形貌及大小等进行了分析研究。结果表明:铝硅尖晶石从850℃左右开始生成,到1200℃基本消失,莫来石和刚玉相从1100℃开始生成,1200℃已有相当量,随着温度升高,莫来石量和刚王量均增加,但得到的莫来石和刚玉超细粉粒度也随之增大。
The super fine powder of mullite-corundum was synthesized from aluminum-silicium SOL, using
tetracthoxysilane (TEOS) and chloroaluminum as raw materials. The formation, morphlogy,, size
of the mullite-corundum super fine powder were studied by means of DTA, x-ray diffraction, SEM
and specific surface survey apparatus. The results demonstrated that aluminum-silicium spinel was
formed from 850℃ respectively, and almost disapeared at 1200℃. Mullite and corumdum were
fromed starting from 1100℃, and had a fairly large content at 1200℃. With the temperature in-
creased, the content of mullite and corundum were increased, and the particle size of the mullite
and corundum super fine power obtained was also increased.
