多层螺旋CT薄层扫描重建在跖跗关节损伤诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT薄层扫描及多平面重建(MPR)和三维重建(3D)在跖跗关节损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析自2010年6月至2011年6月收集的65例跖跗关节损伤的X线片与多层螺旋CT薄层扫描及多平面重建(MPR)和三维重建(3D)图像。其中男41例,女24例,年龄11~65岁,中位数35岁。结果:65例跖跗关节损伤中CT薄层扫描及重建显示单纯骨折30例,骨折伴排列不稳(关节错位小于2mm)15例,跖跗关节骨折伴脱位20例,A型脱位3例,B型脱位15例(B1型6例,B2型9例),C型脱位2例。X线诊断准确38例,误漏诊27例。运用CT薄层扫描及重建技术诊断全部准确。结论:多层螺旋CT薄层扫描及及多平面重建、三维重建能够直观清晰地显示骨折及脱位的类型,为临床明确诊断和选择合适的治疗方案提供了可靠而直观的依据,是避免漏误诊的关键。
