摘要
介绍了造成原油储罐罐底板腐蚀的各种原因,结合某石化炼油厂5万立方米油罐罐底板外壁阴极保护工程,讨论了阴极保护外加电流设计计算的方法。利用阴极保护系统进行测试,结果表明,罐底板的瞬时断电电位范围为-0.85V^-1.10V,验证了该设计施工可行性,使底板外壁得到了有效的保护。
This paper introduces corrosion causes of Crude Oil Tank. The impressed current cathodic protection technique is discussed in this article for a 50000 cubic meters tank bottom outside-wall protection in a refinery. The design of this project is proved to be feasibility by potential testing, which are between -0.85V and -1.10V of the bottom, and the tank bottom outside-wall of is protected effectively.
