燃料炉三元换热微分方程及其解

摘要 指出了以往燃料炉换热微分方程在分析炉体热损失方面所存在的一些不足。本文考虑到决定于加热气体和被加热物料的温度分布、炉体热阻和环境温度等的炉体热损失,在此基础上建立了燃料炉三元换热微分方程,进而又求得了分析解。为研究燃料炉的热工特性提供了理论基础。 The paper points out some problems in researching heat lose of the furnace body by heat exchang- ing differential equations about the fuel-furning furnaces. This text considered the heat lose decid-ed by temperature distributions of heating gas and malerials heated in the furnace, heat resistanceof the furnace body and environment temperature etc. Then the equation has been set up andsolved out. This text has did some basic work to research practically the performance thermalcharacteristics of the fuel-buring furnaces.
