摘要
从工艺入手,详细分析了板坯连铸辊用KRC14钢的冶练工艺特点,找出了影响冶炼的技术难点所在,提出了[H],[P],[S]的控制方法和[Si],[V]的回收措施,给出了消化移植日本连铸辊用钢、实现国产化的工艺方案。
Based on the melting process, relying on analysing the characteristics of melting process on the
KRC14 steel for roller of slab conticaster made by Japan in detail, finding out technical difficul-
ties affecting melting digesting the important techniques of KRC14 steel and absorbing. We fulfit
the Chinese version of melting process, finally technological plans to nationalize the process.
