摘要 以常规83.3 dtex涤纶(PET)长丝和83.3 dtex聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)长丝为原料,采用网络加工方式制成5种不同比例的PET/PTT网络复合丝,并分别用所制得的PET/PTT网络复合丝及CM800纤维、T400纤维为原料制成规格相同的机织物。在测试各种PET/PTT复合丝力学性能及其织物弹性的基础上,探讨复合比例及复合方式对PET/PTT复合丝力学性能及其织物弹性的影响。结果表明:PET/PTT双组分网络复合丝兼具PET纤维和PTT纤维两者的优点,一定程度上可代替双组分纺丝工艺;湿热处理后,织物的弹性有所下降;制得的网络复合丝织物弹性较好,与CM800纤维织物和T400纤维织物不差上下。 This paper makes five kinds of PET/PTT interlaced composite filament with different proportions by interlaced processing with regular 83.3 dtex PET filament and 83.3 dtex PTT filament as raw materials, and makes woven fabrics with the same specification respectively with PET/PTT interlaced composite filament made, CM800 fiber and T400 fiber as raw materials. It discusses the influence of composite proportion and way on mechanical property of PET/PTT composite filament and the elasticity of its fabrics based on testing the mechanical property of various PET/PTT composite filaments and the elasticity of fabrics. The result shows that PET/PTT bi-component interlaced composite filament has the advantages of both PET fiber and PTT fiber and can replace bi-component spinning process to a certain extent; after heat-moisture treatment, the elasticity of fabrics decreases; the interlaced composite filament fabric made has a good elasticity, about the same as CM800 fiber fabric and T400 fiber fabric.
