摘要
贵州省已从2009年开始在三岔河流域试行"河长制"并于2012年10月决定在清水江、乌江流域全面推进河长制,但对于"河长制"实施地区农村居民环保意识的研究却没有开展;以三岔河流域中贵州普定县六个乡镇的七个村庄为例,研究了农村居民对河长制的知晓情况和环保意识情况,并针对调查结果做了简单分析,提出了相应建议。
The system of fiver - leader was firstly used at Sancha River watershed in Guizhou Province in 2009, and in October 2012 ,the government decided to implement the system at Qingshuijiang and Wujiang watershed. But the study of rural residents environmental awareness in River - leader System experimental area haven ＇t promoted yet. A survey of how rural residents know about the System of River - leader and their environmental awareness, and the study area are seven villages of six towns in Puding which is a part of Saneha River watershed. At last,the au- thor did some simple analysis and come up with the corresponding proposal according to the survey result.
