摘要
对电离放电脱硫脱硝的非平衡等离子体过程进行了研究 .用介质阻挡强电离放电方法产生高浓度、高能量的活性粒子 ,解决了气体放电脱硫脱硝所需要的活化能的难题 ,使铵盐的回收率达 88% .
The process of the non equilibrium plasma of removal of SO 2 and NO x with ionization discharge is discussed in this paper. The stronger ionization discharge with the dielectric resistant is applied to produce activated particles of high concentration and high energy. With this methed, the difficult problem of activated energy which is needed for the removal of SO 2 and NO x with gas disharge is solved. The recovery efficency of ammonia slats is up to about 88%.
