OphiobolinA的生物活性及作用机理

Biological Aspects of OphiobolinA and Its Mode of Action

摘要 阐述了OphiobolinA对植物及微生物的表观生物活性,作为钙调蛋白抑制剂的作用机理及对叶绿体运输蛋白的作用机理。同时展望了该毒素作为钙调蛋白抑制剂及生物防治剂的应用前景。 The paper summarized the research findings on the biological aspects of OphiobolinA, the structural of OphiobolinA, the biological actions of OphiobolinA in plants, animals and microorganisms, and the mode of action in calmodulin and chloroplast protein import. The possible use of OphiobolinA as a calmodulin antagonist and as some biocontrol agents was prospected.
