摘要
为研究中空夹层钢管自密实混凝土压弯构件的力学性能,进行8个中空夹层钢管自密实混凝土压弯构件的试验研究.试验考察的主要参数为:截面形式、荷载偏心率和混凝土强度.利用数值解法对中空夹层钢管自密实混凝土压弯构件的荷载-变形关系进行全过程分析,并采用简化计算方法对构件的承载力进行计算.试验和理论分析结果表明:中空夹层钢管自密实混凝土压弯构件的破坏模态和中空夹层钢管普通混凝土相类似;理论分析的计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.
Eight compressive-bending components with self-compacting concrete filled double skin steel tubes (CFDST) were experimentally investigated to study the mechanical performance of the components. Main experimental parameters were section types, load eccentricity and concrete strength. The numeric solutions were used to analyze the entire process of the deformation due to loads on the components, and a simplified computation method was used to evaluate their bearing capacities. It was shown by the results of both the experiment and theoretical analysis that the failure mode of the tubular component filled with self-compacting concrete was very similar to that of component filled with common concrete, and the pre- dicted load versus deformation relationship and bearing capacity were in good agreement for both the test and theoretical results.
