摘要
在碱性环境下,以CuSO4.5H2O为原料、葡萄糖为还原剂,采用湿法还原法制备Cu2O微晶.研究反应物摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、添加剂用量及pH值对产物的收率、粒径和色泽的影响.通过对产品综合性能的分析表明,较佳反应条件为:n(CuSO4.5H2O)∶n(CH2OH(CHOH)4CHO)=1.2∶1,70℃下反应80min,硫酸铜用量为30.0g,添加剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)用量为2.0g,反应体系pH=10.
In an alkaline environment, product Cuz O microcrystal was prepared with CuSO4 · 5H2 O as raw material and glucose as reductant by means of wet process. The effect of the molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and time, dosage of additive, and pH on the yield, particle diameter, and color of the resultant of Cu2O microcrystal was investigated. It was shown by the analysis of comprehensive perform- ance of product, that the optimal reaction condition was as follows: the dosage of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as additive was 20 g and the pH of reaction system was 10, the molar ratio is n(CuSO4 ·5H2O) : n(glucose) = 1.2 : 1 ; the reaction temperature was 75℃, and reaction time was 80 min when the dosage of the sulphate of copper was 30. 0 g.
