摘要
不锈钢能够具有防腐抗锈功能主要因为其含有一定比例的Cr、C、Ni、Mo等元素;这些元素的含量比例不同不锈钢的物理性能有很大的区别。针对一些常用不锈钢种通过腐蚀实验对比这些不锈钢材料防腐性能;根据这些不锈钢化学成分的不同进行对比分析其传热性能、焊接性能等物理特性,对水箱内胆选用各种不锈钢进行分析。
The function of corrosion and rust resistance of stainless steel is mainly due to the containing of a certain proportion of elements Cr, C, Ni, Mo. The difference in the content and proportion of these elements results in a great difference of the physical properties of the stainless steel. Aiming at some common kinds of stainless steel, we test the corrosion resistance of these stainless steel material by the comparison of corrosion tesh comparing and analyzing its physical properties such as heat transfer and welding performance according to the difference of chemical composition in these stainless steel, which enable to provide a basis for the design of the inner tube in the stainless steel water tank.
