中药提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的评估中药提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。方法从治疗糖尿病的中药方剂中选出常用的54味中药,水煎煮及煎煮后残渣以70%乙醇提取,各提取物进行α-葡萄糖苷酶体外抑制活性试验,探讨其对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用,并与阳性对照药物阿卡波糖比较。结果与阿卡波糖相比,桑枝等9味中药水煎煮液乙醇提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用显著,其中马齿笕、桑葚,桑枝和桑白皮这4味中药水煎煮液乙醇提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用较强,抑制率分别为81.45%、72.35%、62.72%和63.93%,相应的阿卡波糖的抑制率为39.56%。结论中药水煎煮液乙醇提取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶有较好的抑制作用,对新型降糖中成药品种开发具有很好的参考价值。 Objective Alpha glucosidase inhibitory activity in extract of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was evaluated against the enzyme obtained from the source of mammalian (rat intestine). Methods Based on resources of TCM and large amount of prescriptions for diabetic treatment, 54 Chinese herbal medicines were selected, and their aqueous extracts, ethanol extracts (70%) of residues after aqueous extracts were tested respectively using ct-glucosidase activity assays. Acarbose was the positive control medicine. Their α-glucosidase inhibition of rat intestines were compared. Results Compared with acarbose, extracts from nine Chinese herbal medicines (including mulberry twig, et al) have remarkable inhibition on rat intestines. Among them, four Chinese herbal medicines (ethanol extracts of residues after aqueous extracts) including purslane, mulberry fruit, mulberry twig and cortex mori have strong inhibition on rat intestines α-glucosidases, the inhibition ratios were 81.45%, 72.35%, 62.72% and 63.93%. However, the inhibition ratios of acarbose was 39.56%. Conclusion Extracts from Chinese herbal medicines have strong inhibition on rat intestines α-glucosidases. The results are valuable in research and discovery of new medicines for treatment of diabetes mellitus.
