摘要
目的:测定狗皮膏中樟脑、异龙脑及龙脑的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法,以交联聚乙二醇为固定相的弹性石英毛细管柱,FID检测器。结果:樟脑线性范围为0.182 1～9.104 0 mg.mL-1,平均回收率102.2%(RSD为3.3%);异龙脑线性范围为0.031 4～1.570 0 mg.mL-1,平均回收率101.7%(RSD为3.2%);龙脑线性范围为0.050 8～2.539 5 mg.mL-1,平均回收率101.1%(RSD为3.4%)。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于狗皮膏的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a GC method for the assay of camphor, isoborneol and borneol in goupi plaster. Method： CC/ FID, capillary column of quartz with PEG-20M. Results： The linear range of camphor was 0. 182 1-9. 104 0 mg· mL-1 , the average recovery was 102. 2% （RSD = 3.3% ）. The linear range of isoborneol was 0. 031 4-1. 570 0 mg · mL-1 , the average recovery was 101.7% （RSD =3.2% ）. The linear range of borneol was 0. 050 8-2. 539 5 mg · mL-1 , the average recovery was 101.1% （RSD = 3.4% ）. Conclusion： The method is easy, rapid and accurate, it can be applied to the quality control of Goupi Plaster.
