摘要
机械设备的选型和匹配是优化机械设备合理组合、实现机械化高效施工的关键。依托瓜州至星星峡高速公路路面工程,研究了超厚宽幅水泥稳定碎石基层施工的主要设备的选型原则和配置要求,总结了适合于宽幅水泥稳定碎石基层施工的机械设备匹配方法,得出了施工设备配置数量,保证了施工进程科学、合理地进行。
Selection and matching of mechanical equipment are the key to optimize the reasonable combination of mechanical equipment and to realize the mechanization of efficient construction.Relying on Guazhou-Xingxingxia Expressway Pavement Project,the article studies the selection principle and configuration requirements of the main equipments used in the construction of the over-thick wide cement stabilized macadam base,sums sup the matching method of mechanical equipments suitable for the construction of the wide cement stabilized macadam base,gives the configuration number of construction equipment,and guarantees the scientific and reasonable construction.
