摘要
研究了铈对50CrVA弹簧钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,铈的加入可以起到变质合金化的作用,且不仅可以使夹杂物变性,还能够细化晶粒,提高材料的综合力学性能。铈添加量为0.05%时,材料具有最佳综合力学性能。
The influence of Ce on microstructure and mechanical properties of 50CrVA spring steel was studied. The results indicate that Ce can modify the alloy. What's more, it not only may modify inclusions, but also refine the grains, which enhance the overall performance of material. Through the experiment, the spring steel specimen containing 0.05% Ce represents the best overall performance.
