摘要
高压加热器是汽轮机的重要辅助设备之一,其性能直接影响机组运行的经济性。高压加热器长期运行后,将在管子的内外表面上形成以氧化铁为主的污垢,积聚的污垢将降低换热管的传热效果,也会使加热器的端差增大。现以660MW机组卧式高加为研究对象,以传热学理论为基础,分析了污垢的形成机理及对换热设备产生的危害,定量计算了污垢热阻对传热系数和端差的影响,对加热器的正常运行有一定参考价值。
HP heater is one of the most important turbine auxiliary equipment, whose operating performance would directly affect the economy of the entire power unit. There are much iron oxide-based fouling both on the inner external surfaces of the condenser tubes after long-term operation, which will reduce the effect of heat transfer and increase the terminal temperature difference. Now the formation mechanism of the fouling and its hazards against the heat exchange equipment have been analyzed and a quantitative calculation of the effect of fouling resistance against heat transfer coefficient and terminal temperature difference based on the heat transfer theory has been carried out taking a 660 MW horizontal power unit as a study example, which is valuable to the normal operation of a condenser.
