摘要
随着时代的发展,用电量的不断攀升,电网规模不断扩大,电力企业对人才的需求越发旺盛。近年来,大批高学历大学生加入电力行业,大大提高电力企业员工素质。如何使新进大学生迅速将在校间所学知识转化为生产力,为企业创造效益,成为一道难题。本文针对班组新进大学生员工参与新建变电所投产工作这一创新培训模式进行研究与实践,取得了一定的效果,并总结青工培训实践的经验。
With the continuous rise of electricity consumption and constant enlargement of electricity power nets, there grows an urgent need for more talents in the electricity industry. Recently, a large number of collage graduates has joined the industry, which has dramatically improved the employee quality. However, this has caused another difficult problem, that is, how to convert the knowledge of the graduates to real productivity in a short time. In this program, we organized newly-employed collage graduates to participate in the preparation for new converting stations. This article elaborates on the research and result of this creative training model, together with the experience gained from this innovation.
