摘要
卒中以机体阴阳失调、气血逆乱为病理特点,与少阴心肾不足、厥阴心包及肝之亢逆关系密切。根据经络辨证施治规律,卒中针灸治疗宜取少阴经穴补之,取厥阴经穴泻之;方药宜补益少阴心肾之不足,疏泻厥阴心包及肝之亢逆(笔者将介绍一系列配合卒中针灸治疗的中药袋煮散方剂)。
The pathogenesis of Apoplexy is imbalance of YIN-YANG and excessive rising of QI-blood in body.It relates closely to deficiency of the heart and kidney,to excessive rising of the liver and the pericardium.According to the rule of determining the treatment based on differentiation of syndromes of meridian,acupuncture-moxibustion invigorating therapy should choose points from SHAOYIN meridian and catharsis therapy should choose points from JUEYIN meridian.The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine should invigorate the deficiency of the heart and kidney they belong to SHAOYIN meridian,and should purge the excessive rising of the liver and the pericardium they belong to JUEYIN meridian.（The author will introduce a series of prescriptions of powder-decocting bags of traditional Chinese medicine.）
