摘要
采用钠盐焙烧-酸浸工艺处理以部分铁氧化物呈浸染状分布在粘土矿物中的某高铝硅极难选褐铁矿。通过单因素试验分别考察了焙烧工艺中焙烧温度、焙烧时间、钠盐用量、磨矿粒度等对焙烧的影响,酸浸工艺中考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、酸浸温度和时间等因素对浸出指标的影响。试验结果表明,在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占90.36%,碳酸钠用量为15%,焙烧温度为950℃,焙烧时间为30 min,硫酸浓度为7%,液固比为15∶1,酸浸温度为60℃,酸浸时间15 min条件下,可获得TFe品位为60.21%,回收率为93.49%,SiO2和Al2O3含量分别为3.28%和6.81%的铁精矿。
The sodium salt roasting-acid leaching technology was adopted to treat high-alumina and high-silicon refractory limonite with part of iron oxides disseminated in the clay minerals.Some single-factor tests were conducted to investigate the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,sodium salt consumption and grinding size,respectively,on the roasting,as well as the effects of sulfuric acid concentration,L/S ratio,acid leaching temperature and time on the leaching index.The test results showed that under the following conditions,such as the grinding size of-0.074 mm 90.36%,the dosage of sodium carbonate of 15%,roasting for 30 mins at the temperature of 950 ℃,sulfuric acid concentration of 7%,L/S ratio of 15∶1,acid leaching for 15 mins at the temperature of 60 ℃,the iron concentrates containing 3.28%SiO2 and 6.81%Al2O3 were obtained with TFe grade of 60.21% at a recovery of 93.49%.
