摘要 骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)作为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)家族的重要成员,因其在促进成骨及软骨等方面的突出作用,已被从不同的方向来研究以利用其生物作用。BMP作为一类细胞因子有其自身独特的生物信号转导通路。通过研究其信号通路的转导过程及调控途径,能够为进一步调控BMP的生物作用奠定基础。 Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)is a vital member of transforming growth factors β.Because of the important effects in promoting bone formation and cartilage,it has been studied from different directions.BMP as a kind of cell factor,has its special biological signal pathway.Through the study of the transduction process and control way of the signal pathway will help to further regulate BMP biological effect.
