摘要
水体的严重污染和饮用水资源的严重匮乏,已经对邯郸市的可持续发展构成了严重威胁。对城区屋面及地面雨水水质进行分析测定,结果表明,屋面及地面初期雨水径流污染严重,降雨15 min后的径流中所含污染物浓度稳定在一个较低的水平。弃去初始的1~3 mm,收集的雨水经过适当处理完全可以满足GB/T 18920—2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质标准》的要求。分析了降雨强度、降雨历时等因素对水质的影响,讨论了城区雨水的利用方案,及其在缓解邯郸市水资源短缺、减少城市内涝、改善城市生态环境方面的作用。
Serious pollution of water body and acute shortage of drinking water resources has become a serious threat to the sustainable development of Handan city. The quality of roof and ground rainwater in the city was analyzed and detected, the results showed that, the pollution of the initial rainwater runoff of roof and ground was serious, and the pollutants concentration in the collected rainwater was at a stable and relatively low level 15 rain after the rain had fallen, which could fully meet the specification of GB/T 18920--2002 The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption after be propely treated under the premise that the initial 1 - 3 mm had been discarded. The influences of rainfall intensity and duration on rainwater's quality were analyzed. The scheme of urban rainwater utilization and the effect of it on relieving water resources shortage, reducing waterlogging and improving ecological environment of Handan city were discussed.
