摘要 加速器两种工作模式的切换,需要设计运动控制系统来实现。采用带高进度编码器的步进电机驱动转动系统来实现两种工作设备的切换,结合串口通信设备和运动控制计算机构建了系统架构,使用VC++编写了运动控制系统软件,经测试工作良好,位置控制精确,运动控制操作直观方便,达到了设计要求。相比原有的步进电机控制系统更简洁可靠,功能更完备。 Motion control system was used to achieve mode switch of the accelerator which has two major work modes. The motion control system consists of the following equipments : integrated stepper motors with controllers and encoders, serial device server and motion control computer. VC + + was used to design motion control software. The motion control system worked well with accurate positioning and and simple intuitive operation. This design meets the design requirements, which was much simpler, more reliable, and more complete than the original system.
