摘要
研究带有止步和中途退出的MX/M/m/N同步多重工作休假排队系统,且将顾客成批到达的条件引入多服务台的多重工作休假系统中.首先,利用马尔可夫过程理论建立系统稳态概率满足的方程组.其次,在证明相关矩阵可逆的基础上,利用矩阵解法得到系统稳态概率的矩阵解.最后,通过稳态概率得到系统的平均队长、平均等待队长以及顾客平均止步率等性能指标,并简要说明这些性能指标在排队系统的优化设计和运行控制中的作用.
An MX/M/m/N queuing system is considered with balking,reneging and synchronous multiple working vacations,and the condition of batch arrival was introduced into the study based on multi-server queuing system with multiple working vacations.Firstly,the steady-state probability equations are obtained by using the Marfov process method.Secondly,the matrix form solution of the steady-state probability is derived by using the matrix solution method.Finally,some performance measures of the system,such as the expected number of customers in the system or in the queue,the average rate of the customer balking are also presented,and the function of these performances of the system is explained briefly.
