摘要
电控共轨柴油机相对常规柴油机增设了控制系统和共轨平台,故传统柴油机容积法模型不能直接用于电控共轨柴油机的仿真.为此,对容积法模型进行改进,通过高压共轨燃油控制系统建模,实现喷油控制和轨压控制.对SULZER7RT-flex60C型电控共轨柴油机的仿真表明,改进的容积法模型能够较好地反映柴油机的稳态性能,可实现船舶电控共轨柴油机的动态仿真.
Comparing with traditional diesel engine,common rail electronically controlled diesel engine adds control system and rail unit,so traditional volumetric model can't be directly applied in the simulation.A modified volumetric model establishs high pressure common rail fuel system so as to realize injection and common rail pressure control.A SULZER 7RT-flex60C is used as an example for simulation,and results show that the model can simulate steady performance well and can realize dynamic simulation.
