基于模糊AHP的舰船动力装置需求指标权重计算方法 被引量:11

摘要 针对舰船动力装置概念设计QFD瀑布式分解过程中求取需求指标权重时所需要解决的模糊性问题,将三角模糊层次分析法应用到需求指标的求取中,研究三角模糊判断矩阵的判定标度、需求指标综合判定矩阵的求取、模糊一致性矩阵的构造方法及权重求解方法等需求指标权重求解过程中的相关问题,并以CODAD型动力装置传动装置需求指标权重求解为例进行研究.本文方法可为动力装置概念设计QFD瀑布式分解过程中的需求指标权重的求解提供科学指导. In order to solve the fuzzy problems in the calculation of the requirement index weight in the quality function deployment(QFD) waterfall decomposition process for the conceptual design of the marine power plant,the triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is introduced into the calculation of the requirement index weight.And the decision scale of the triangle fuzzy matrix,the calculation method of the comprehensive decision matrix,the construction method of the fuzzy consistent matrix as well as the calculation method of the requirement index weight and other related problems in the calculation of the requirement index weight are studied.Furthermore,the calculation of the requirement index weight of the CODAD power plant transmission system is studied as an example.In general,the research in the paper can be used as a scientific guidance for the calculation of the requirement index weight in the QFD waterfall decomposition process for the conceptual design of the marine power plant,which can help to improve the design of the marine power plant.
