摘要
从分析装载易流态化货物船舶的倾覆机理入手,识别影响运输易流态化货物船舶安全的危险因素,提出装载易流态化货物过程中的一般性安全措施和该类型船舶在航行中的应急措施.
Based on analysis of the capsize mechanism of the ships carrying cargoes which may liquefy,this paper identifies the dangerous factors affecting the safe carriage these cargoes,and proposes both the general safety measures before and during loading of cargoes which may liquefy and the emergency measures for ship handling during the voyage.
