摘要
基于船舶安全航行条件、适航性要求等因素,确定恶劣天气条件下船舶开航安全性评价指标体系,应用概率影响图理论,对恶劣天气条件下船舶开航安全性进行评估.评估结果可为恶劣天气条件下船舶开航的安全性提供判定依据,有利于提高船舶的航行安全.
In accordance with the factors such as safe navigation conditions,seaworthiness of ships and so on,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of safety of ships＇ setting sail in heavy weather,then assesses the safety of ships＇ setting sail in heavy weather with probability influence diagram evaluation method.This paper provides a reference for safety of ships＇ setting sail in heavy weather,which can improve the navigation safety of ships.
