摘要
以痰瘀虚为轴线系统总结国家名老中医胡国俊先生诊治哮病经验,胡老治哮紧扣病机,拟法而不拘方,用药轻灵活泼。指出治痰需分缓急、别寒热,然临证痰之寒热更有相合或兼夹之嫌;顽哮者无论有无夹瘀之症,或缓或发,均可选择逐瘀之药,但需随虚实寒热不同而灵活选取;培本固元肺脾肾三脏,或分治或同疗;敷贴外治则强调应分寒热而行。
To systematically summarize HU Guojun＇s thoughts and experience on treating asthma by differentiating syndromes from the respects of phlegm,stasis and deficiency.HU always based closely on pathogenesis to treat asthma patients by determining therapy,appling prescriptions freely,using herbal lightly and lively.It pointed out that phlegm treatment need to point priorities and distinguish ease or urgent,the difference between cold or heat.To emphasize that the persistent asthma with or without stasis symptoms,either chronic or acute,both can be treated by drugs for resolving stasis,which need to be different with the actual selection and flexible differentiating syndromes.The therapy of complement virtual may be put into effect in lung,spleen and kidney,either partition or treating at the same time.The application of external treatment has stressed to be based on the points of cold and heat.
