10G EPON采用ALR机制对设备工作寿命的影响

摘要 基于阿伦尼斯经验公式,用硅集成电路的温度和时间关系来模拟设备工作寿命,根据这种关系对是否采用ALR机制的10G EPON设备的工作寿命进行对比。结果表明,采用ALR机制能有效降低下行带宽低时10G EPON设备的功率,从而降低设备的工作温度,有效延长设备工作寿命。 In this essay, we simulate the working life of equipment based on the Arrhenius equation and using the relations between temperature and time for silicon semiconductor integrated circuits. These relations can be used to compare the working life between using ALR in 10G EPON equipment or not. The results show that ALR can reduce the power of 10G EPON equipment effectively on the condition of low downlink band- width, thereby lower the operating-temperature and extend the working life of equipment effectively.
