摘要
研究目的:通过对哈牡客运专线线路在哈尔滨地区走向方案的研究,考虑工程投资、通道的完整性、客运功能、与城市规划的结合、环境影响、地形地质条件等因素,使得实施方案技术经济合理,综合社会效益最佳。根据选线设计中提供的一些思路,为客运专线引入大型枢纽设计积累经验。研究结论:(1)沿既有线引入哈尔滨西站方案虽然工程投资较高、沿线拆迁工程较大,但符合区域路网规划及城市建设规划要求,东南方向跨线车能进入哈尔滨西站办理作业,方便旅客换乘;(2)南端引入哈西站方案,虽然线路长度较短、工程投资较省,但对哈尔滨市区形成新的分割,不符合区域路网规划及城市建设规划要求。
Research purposes: The research was done on the scheme for introducing the Harbin - Mudanjiang Passenger Dedicated Line into Harbin region on consideration of the factors of the engineering investment, passage integrity, passenger transport function, coordination with city planning, environmental impact, and the topographic and geological conditions in order to make the scheme more reasonable in technology and economy for obtaining the best comprehensive social benefits. The ideas on the railway alignment can be as the reference to introducing the passenger dedicated line into the big terminal. Research conclusions: (1) If the line is introduced into the Harbin West Station through the existing railway line, although it needs more investment and has more moving works to be done, but it coordinates with the network planning and the urban construction planning, and the train from the southeast direction via the other lines can enter into the Harbin West Station for convenient passenger transfer. (2) If the line is introduced into the Harbin West Station from the south, although the line length is shorter and the less investment is needed, but the line cuts the city proper and it can not meet the requirements of the network planning and the urban construction planning.
