摘要
分析了PID控制器和模糊PID控制器的优缺点,将史密斯纯滞后补偿和模糊控制PID的优点结合起来,设计了史密斯模糊自整定PID控制器。计算机仿真和现场运行结果表明,史密斯模糊自整定PID控制器与模糊自适应PID控制器和常规PID控制器相比较,提高了烘干炉温度控制系统的自适应能力和鲁棒性,改善了系统的动态性能和静态性能,能使非线性、大滞后等特殊的系统达到良好的控制效果。
The advantages and disadvantages of the PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are analyzed. This method can take the advantages of them and avoid the disadvantages. The Smith fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was designed. The computer simulation result as well as the spot test show that the Smith and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, compared with fuzzy self- tuning PID controller and the traditional PID controller, can increase the self-tuning ability and the robustness of the temperature control system. It can improve both the dynamic and static property of the system, hence a better effect for special systems like nonlinear or time-lag ones.
