摘要
冠状动脉介入医师人才队伍的建设和介入诊疗水平的高低,直接影响我国心导管介入质量的可持续发展。加强冠状动脉介入医师的培训,可以培养更多的有资格的介入医师,提高介入诊疗水平,减少手术并发症,满足疾病发展的需要。因此,综合应用实物教学、多媒体教学、讨论式教学、对照教学、网络教学等方法,提高加强我国介入医师培训质量,是目前介入工作的重点。
The talent team construction and intervention diagnosis and treatment level of coronary artery intervention physician directly affecting sustainable development of the quality of our country cardiac catheterization. Strengthen coronary artery intervention physician training, can cultivate more qualified intervention physician, improve the level of diagnosis and intervention, reduce the surgical complications, meet the needs of the development of the disease. Therefore, comprehensive apply object teaching, multimedia teaching, discussion teaching, contrast teaching and online teaching can improve our country intervention physician training quality. It is the focus of the intervention now.
