摘要
介绍我国醋酸乙烯生产技术现状及其研究开发进展,重点介绍了新型催化剂的研制及催化剂性能的改进。详细分析了醋酸乙烯生产消费情况,包括主要生产企业、生产能力、进出口量、进口主要国家和地区、进口主要海关及主要省市;醋酸乙烯供需状况如下:2011年我国醋酸乙烯的总生产能力达到2 303 kt,表观消费量达到约1 962 kt,预计2016年的需求量将达到约2.5Mt,随着今后几年多套新建或者扩建装置的建成投产,届时生产能力超过4.5 Mt,产能严重过剩,未来市场竞争将十分激烈。因此,为醋酸乙烯行业今后的发展提出几点建议。
The production technology and research development of vinyl acetate in China were introduced. The development of new type of catalysts and improvement of catalyst performance were mainly introduced . The production and consumption status of vinyl acetate ,including production enterprises,production capacity, import and export amount, and so on were analysed in detail. The production capacity of vinyl acetate was 2 303 kt ,with total consumption about 1 962 kt in 2011 in China. It is forecasted that the total consumption of vinyl acetate in China will reach about 2.5 Mt in 2016. When many sets of newly built or expanded units are completed and put into operation in the next several years,the production capacity will be more than 4.5 Mt, and the production capacity will be seriously excessive , the future market competition will be very fierce. Sug gestions for the development of vinyl acetate in China were put forward.
