摘要
利用光聚合法合成了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)与2-甲基丙烯酸(MA)的共聚水凝胶P(NIPA-co-MA),研究了其pH敏感性和溶胀行为。结果表明,在NIPA上引入亲水单体MA后,凝胶的pH敏感性得到改善。该凝胶在pH值为2.0~12.0范围内均有pH敏感性。在不同的pH值溶液中凝胶的溶胀行为不同,在pH值为2.0溶液中凝胶的溶胀率最小,随着pH值增加,凝胶的溶胀率增加,在pH值为9.0时,溶胀率最大,之后随着pH值增加,凝胶的溶胀率下降。
Poly( N isopropylacrylamide co ethacrylic acid) hydrogel was synthesized by photo poly merization from N isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) and 2 methacrylic acid (MA), and then pH sensitivity and swelling behavior of the hydrogel were investigated. The results showed that MA could improve pH sensitivity of the hydrogel and the hydrogel had pH sensitivity in the pH range of 2.0 12.0. The swelling behaviors of the hydrogel were determined by pH value. The swelling rate of the hydrogel in the solution with pH value of 2.0 was minimum and then increased with increase of pH value. The swelling rate of the hydrogel in the solu tion with oH value of 9.0 was maximum and then the swellinz rate decreased with increase of PH value.
