摘要
白花檵木具有重要的药用价值,但其功效的物质基础和作用机制一直不清楚。江西德宇集团联合中国医学科学院药物研究所经过多年研究,初步探明白花檵木功效的物质基础和作用机制,应用前景乐观。但目前檵木属野生资源已近枯竭,无法实现生物制药的产业化规模化。笔者就建设白花檵木种质资源库,全面收集、保存檵木属植物的种质活体、离体部位幼苗、标本、特异遗传基因等作一论述,借以推动我国特色资源白花檵木产业的发展。
Loropetalum chinensis has important medicinal value,but its material basis of efficacy and mechanism of action have been unclear.The Jiangxi Deyu Group together with Institute of Materia Medica of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,through years of research on L.chinensis,the material basis of efficacy and mechanism of action of were initially proved,the application prospects was optimistic.But its wild resources were nearly exhausted,unable to achieve scaling the biopharmaceutical industry.Some related research theories of L.chinensis were discussed,such as construction of the germplasm bank of L.chinensis,comprehensive collection and saving of germplasm in vivo of Loropetalum genus,parts of seedlings,specimens,specific genetic and so on,in order to promote the development of special resources of L.chinensis industry in China.
