难治性抽动障碍的立体定向手术治疗

摘要 目的总结立体定向下双侧内囊前肢射频毁损术治疗难治性抽动障碍的临床治疗效果。方法采用MRI定位,立体定向下行双侧内囊前肢射频毁损术,治疗难治性抽动障碍。术前和术后6个月应用临床总评量表(clinical global impression,CGI)对抽动障碍进行疗效评价。结果术后6个月随访,所有患者各种抽动障碍的临床表现均有明显的改善,CGI评分明显好转,没有严重的并发症发生。结论立体定向下双侧内囊前肢射频毁损术治疗难治性抽动障碍是可行、有效的方法 ,并发症及不良反应轻微。
