摘要
目的为及时掌握安定县土源性线虫病的流行动态及流行规律,为制定防治策略与措施提供科学依据。方法按照《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》方法和要求进行,对监测资料进行统计学分析。结果共监测1 013人,总感染率为32.48%,其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、3~12岁儿童蛲虫感染率分别为30.80%、0.20%、2.47%、39.10%。人群分布以农民、文盲的感染最高,女性感染高于男性;总感染率及钩虫感染率是年龄越大感染越高;鞭虫和蛔虫感染分别以学生和学龄前儿童较多;感染度以轻度感染为主。结论近年定安县人群蛔虫和鞭虫感染率下降较大,但年长的农民钩虫、妇女钩虫、儿童蛲虫等感染仍很严重,必须作为优先防治的重点,并采取综合性的防治措施;才能达到控制土源性线虫病目标。
Objective To understand the prevalent dynamic trend of soil-borne nematodiasis in Dingan Countuy and to provide scientific basis for making control strategies.Methods The monitoring was conducted based on " Soil-transmitted Nematode Infection Surveillance Program in Hainan Province",and the data were analyzed by using Excel and Spss10.0 software.Results Totally 1 013 persons were monitored and the overall infection rate was 32.48%.The infection rates of roundworm,hookworm,whipworm and pinworm in 3-12 years old children were 30.80%,0.20%,2.47%,39.10%,respectively,being highest in the farmers and the illiteracy.The infection rate in the females was higher than that of the males.It was also observed that the higher of the infection rate of hookworm was the older of the person infected would be and the infection rates of whipworm and roundworm were higher in preschool pupils and infants.Conclusion In recent years,the infection rates of roundworm and whipworm have been on the decreasing but the that of hookworm and pinworm in the elderly farmers and women/infants are wstill high,thus integrated measured be taken to reduce the infection rate of soil-borne nematodiasis in Dingan county.
